Sales/Installation/Maintenance of Computer Workstations & Networks.  We recommend & sell LENOVO & DELL products.  We plan and install networks ranging from 2 computers to 200 computers.  All your needs...hardware, cable installation, network setup and configuration is handled by us.  In addition, we support our clients both during and after the warranty period to keep them up and running.  We also offer Remote support through the Citrix GoToAssist Portal.  All you need is a working broadband connection and we can fix many problems without making an on-site visit.

2. Webdesign & Hosting.  We have various designers we work with to create an innovative, attractive & functional site.  One of the traps many companies fall into is designing a "pretty" site that looks great but doesn't do the job.  It's important to be able to balance the aesthetics with the functionality.  Once the site is designed, we offer hosting services on high powered servers with redundancy that keeps up-time running at close to 100%.  We also have programs for those who want an email address but don't need a website right away.  We can also secure your domain name at a very inexpensive price and make sure it stays active for as long as you need it.

3.  VOIP/PSTN Phone Systems.  SYNERGY offers different phone service for different needs.  Virtual PBX Hosted systems protect you against power losses, hurricanes and system interruption by removing the PBX box from your office and hosting it on servers in the NAP of the Americas down in Miami.  A concrete reinforced building with redundant power supplies and generators keeps your system working through the most vicious weather.  Your phone system will work anywhere you have a broadband connection, keeping you working through all kinds of weather.  We also offer an innovative, new service from MICROSOFT.  Response Point is a PBX system that will work with your existing phone service...whether from the phone company or through a VOIP company.  This is the simplest PBX system you can own and is ideal for companies with 2-50 phones.
