About Us... Synergy Corporate Consultants, Inc. was founded in 1997 to offer IT solutions to the Small Business that was concerned about budget constraints but still needed to maximize productivity. Our commitment is to provide consulting services that will accomplish this. We keep up with the latest technologies and come up with a plan that is right for you now, but will allow you to expand in the future to satisfy your needs as you grow. Initially, Synergy Corporate Consultants, Inc. was a builder of IBM compatible machines. Many of these machines are still being used today in businesses across South Florida. With the rapid change in the hardware industry, we determined our customers could get better value by using Dell branded systems. We became a reseller for Dell and now offer these computers at competitive pricing. In addition, we have tested many different brands of Laptops and have found both Dell and Sony to be top quality, rugged systems. In order to continue to service our customers, we have become a Sony reseller too. In 2002 we noticed a disturbing trend. More and more of our customers were developing websites, creating their own domains and having difficulty managing this part of the business. If there was an email problem or a website problem, they didn't know who to call. Sometimes domain names expired and websites were taken down because information never reached the company or incorrect information was sent to the company. In addition, when these problems occurred, it was difficult to determine if it was a problem with the hosting company, ISP or computer. As a result, it was difficult to determine who to call. To answer this problem, Synergy Corporate Consultants, Inc. started hosting websites. We have co-located servers offering T3 lines for quick access and many redundancies built in to insure nearly 100% uptime. Soon after, Synergy Corporate Consultants, Inc. started offering design services to again reduce the confusion of who is responsible for what. Many years of marketing experience go into the design of your site to make it an effective and dynamic tool to help sell your business, product and/or service. Many of our client companies have chosen to allow us to host their sites, reducing their need to be involved in the management of their IT services. The computer industry is moving forward at lightning speed. What is state of the art today is obsolete tomorrow. Our goal is to keep abreast of the changing technologies and not allow our clients to end up with obsolete solutions being implemented. However, it is not always necessary to embrace the newest technologies because they are cost prohibitive and may not be necessary to accomplish the goals you have established.
