As our reliance on our desktop computers grow, so does the need to protect the systems from malicious attacks. These attacks can take the form of viruses, spyware (software that is delivered to your system with the express purpose of stealing valuable, confidential information), and adware (software that is delivered to your system with the express purpose of exposing you to pop-up ads). Very often these attacks can render your systems inoperable and in some cases destroy or prevent you from accessing data on your systems. The resultant loss of this data could be devastating to your business in terms of lost time, lost productivity, lost data and lost revenues.

Experience has shown, that in some instances it is less expensive to buy a new computer then it is to fix the infected system. Concern for loss of data though often requires the system to be fixed rather then replaced.

Synergy Corporate Consultants, Inc., has developed a comprehensive program to keep your systems running at an optimum level. Here is what the program includes:

  •  Monthly (or a mutually agreed to schedule) visits to download and install any critical updates for your Windows Operating System.

  •  Download and install any critical updates and service packs for your Microsoft Office Programs.

  •  Monitor your anti-virus software, making sure virus definitions are up to date and renewing your subscriptions when they are due.

  •  Installation of software that will identify and remove spyware and adware from your computer.

  •  Scanning of systems with appropriate software whenever a visit is made under this agreement to make sure all spyware and adware is identified and removed.


Cost of the program for monthly visits:

  •  Initial visit to check systems, load software and download all updates and scan systems: $100.00 per machine (If there is a system or systems that are badly infected prior to the initial visit, this price could be higher based on what needs to be done to clean the system in order to bring it into spec for this program)

  •  Monthly visits thereafter: $100.00 per machine with Server O/S software, $75.00 per machine for the first 5 machines and $50.00 for every machine over the first 5.

Synergy Corporate Consultants, Inc. warrants that if you engage us to maintain your computers against viruses, adware & spyware with a monthly agreement, that in the event a system does become infected with a virus, adware or spyware, the labor we would normally charge to fix the machine would be waived, and the only cost to you would be any parts needed to get the system back up and running.

Any cost for software such as Anti-Virus software, subscription renewals or other software deemed necessary for the effective maintenance of the systems will be charged to you.
